When you sign up to work with me...

When you enroll into the Revitalize Wellness program, we will start off with an initial consultation to get clarity on your health goals.  From there, we will develop a customized plan to move through these 5 steps.

Complete intake forms, collect labs and map out goals and desires. Start focusing on fundamentals and work on shifting old habits and mindset.

2. RESET

Reduce overall toxic exposure, address food cravings, and balance blood sugar.

3. REPAIR

Balance hormones and adrenals to improve sleep, energy, and immune function.
