Grounding
Grounding, also known as earthing, involves connecting to the Earth's natural electrical charge. This can be done by walking barefoot on natural surfaces, swimming in natural bodies of water, or using grounding devices. In addition to spending time barefoot in my lawn, I use a grounding sheet and pillow cases on my bed to maximize my grounding experience.
